Again thank you for your time on  our calls with Dan and myself, yesterday
.  We will be populating the secured link "invite" to upload additional
evidence and data to the secure portal over the next few days. We where
looking forward to our call today  10 am and we are extremely nervous we
have not been able to get through to your line, as again there seems to be
interference on the line.

It is imperative we talk with you and ASAC Chris Dimenna about each issue
we have going with the NE Edge Racketeers, Green, Spitalny, Delpedio,
Matterse, the BPD, and  the recent death threats on my life and criminal
harassment of my family.  As we have been told Joe Powers is ordering the
Chief of Police in my home town, to "stand down" and is "blocking" the
Harwich Police from investigating these threats upon us and is failing to
protecting my family.

As  obviously my James "Whitey" Bulger encounter and evidenced I have
turned over, heightens the level of risk, I will be surely be murdered.
As,  I have already been warned from other FBI agents, and X agents, it
would be a massive embarrassment for Boston's law enforcement and Judicial
system is "Whitey is Back".  We must  also  discuss the other aspects of
our case and  the many other LIVE crimes that are being perpetrated in
"real time"  that we need your support with right now.  Like you had said,
you are a "cyber crimes agent" and you suggested  we get help with other
teams and  agents at the office.   As we have discussed we have had very
concerning events, that have transpired in the last few days.

As I explained, I can not simply "call 911" as we all know "operation
school house" an the "frame up" of me by Rachel Rollins, DA Hayden,
Detective Mike Powers, Clerk Steve Powers, Town Manager Joe Powers   on the
morning of June 6th is absurd and unlawful.  We are counting on you
providing us the following support and introductions to other agents within
the BostonFBI  Office to help with your investigation into this criminal
group.  As we discussed, myself and my family are in fear for their lives
and wellbeing.  As we are certain our adversaries and the corrupted BPD
Detective Michael Powers, Clerk Steve Powers and Joe Powers, and Joe
Powers,  Harwich Town manager are all conspiring to unlawfully arrest me
and look to murder me in a Suffolk County Jail.

the other lead agents  in   the FBI law-enforcement/political  corruption
unit, organized crime unit and whatever  other unit head,  we need to talk
with about the threats to my family and myself and my encounter with James

is also in Dan Duquette's cell phone device, now reviewed by another cyber
crimes agent at the FBI, the NE Edge also has the evidence as we all know
they have been using the Pegasus Malware and  "live tapping" and "txt
batching" our devices every 24 hours.  They know  Bulger not being "better
of dead", puts my life in serious jeopardy at this moment. As they have a
"cover" and a perfect alibi , to have one of their operatives kill me and
use the FBI as a red hearing, who done it !   WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW !

As I explained in detail  my wife and daughter have been under unlawful
surveillance and just the other night my teenage daughter was pulled over
without probable cause again Wendsay June 21st in Yarnouth. Within in 5
minutes of the illegal stop, 2 MSP cruiser along with an additional
Yarmouth PD, had her at a stop, "blocked her car in" and had numerous
"bright lights" and officers all around the vehicle.  As after
approximately 15 minutes, they handed her back credentials, stated your
"Not what we are looking for tonight" and let her go.  This entire
"Operation School House" Catch and Kill for a Crime that NEVER happened
MUST STOP NOW !

As my son was having a baseball size tumor removed from his brain at MGH,
BPD, MSA, Suffolk County Sheriffs staked out the hospital and attempted to
unlawfully apprehend me. As under cover Sherrifs and BPD where stationed
through out the hospital during my sons stay.  As on April 4th, the Revere
Hotel was raided by FBI, ATF, BPD in a botched "catch and kill" of me,
there is no question my life is jeopardy. As the BPD can not afford to be
exposed on their failed "oepration school house" June 6th attempt to frame
me for a crime I did not commit and where my wife almost died and spent 3
days at the MGH ICU heart ward.

My Daughter, on here way home from MGH was again pulled over unlawfully by
MSP and was interrogated, phrasing  "where is your dad"  "he is a fugitive"
"tell him we are looking for him" and let go.
As my daughter, she was so shaken, from the events that that had been going
on and the MSP illegal stop. Her female friend offered to drive her car
back out to the remote parking lot, where she would often park her car.
When her friend exited the car, she was struck by a large rock and
attacked  and assaulted by a man as  he attempted to drag the girl into the
woods.  She fought and kicked and punched and was able to break free.  Ran
to campus police and was taken to the hospital, parents attempted to file
reports with the School and Beverly police and she was refused rape kit,
was refused any type of investigative support.  We are certain this was an
attempted kid napping and latter cover up by the MSP, BPD, BPD and in
retaliation against myself and my family at the hands of the NE Edge.

As it is crystal clear, as Rhode Island FBI Agent Colin Woods, from at
least the Fall of 2021, has full carnal knowledge of what has been going on
with the NE Edge Racketeers and has sat on his hands. We had been
communicating with Colin Woods, through Attorney Kevin Salvaggio and via
email and multiple back and forth and provided all the recordings and
evidence and repeatedly told by him, "keep recording the calls, as this was
an ongoing criminal conspiracy" he was investigating. I  was even in a
"safe house" in the fall of 2022, waiting to go "in" as he told us he had
the US Attorney in Rhode Island on board and ready to move on the NE Edge.
As the night before I was to go in, the hotel I was staying at had a "fire
alarm" go off, and they demanded I leave the room, the RSP and the WPD and
Fire Trucks all responded to what is now the 10th different time, I have
been staying at hotels around this country.   A False Alarm, "one that
never happens" at that hotel.

Liam,  We are again begging for your assistance and are pleading with you
to set up meeting with Chris Dimmena, as we need the support of the Boston
FBI right now.  As if you move quickly we can get a handle on the actual
bad guys and see that justice is done, before anyone in my family or I get
hurt.

*TOMS RIVER COVERT CALL CENTER EXPOSED AS DIRECT LINK TO SPITALNY'S AND THE
RGPSQ CRIMINALS*

As you can see from just a very small sampling from phone bill records
attached below, with calls to and from all of us for months. Often times
within 1m-4m,  you will see the "phantom" outgoing phone call from my line
simultaneously being forwarded to Toms River NJ from Harwichport MA.   This
is our adversaries "masked" spy ware that sends "OTA" over the air
communications to Samuel Spitalny's phone number and  "spy app", where he
then sends out daily and sometimes hourly, "updates" and "information" to
the RGPSQ group and their attorney's of all our  private communications,
calls, emails, legal papers, documents etc etc, which up and until just
this past weekend, where forward to the Spitalny's "covert" call center
number (732) 608 2679, located in Toms River NJ for the better part of over
2 years.  Bringsjord and Dimerjian have done a horrible job of attempting
to cover up and mask this criminal groups illegal wire tapping.

The (732) number has now been  "unmasked" from our "legal caller-id"   "spy
spoof" called "trap call".  Where we  have now been able to uncover 1000's
of these "security breaches" of all of our e-mail communications, txt,
calls, every single thing we do on our electronic devices have been
compromised. by the RGPSQ.   Being (508) 776 7219 "My Phone" has been the
target, but all of your devices are now "infected by the app" through up to
15 different devices that have interacted in a 30 day period with each
other, over many many months.

as the Toms River (732) number below. In addition every time you see your
number (617,508,401,203,609,770), and the (732) number within 5-10 minutes
of each other on the call log, that entire call in real time, or just
after,  is being recorded, shipped to the RGSPQ and used to always be 10 ,
unlawfully steps ahead, of us in the courts and with law enforcement, of
this groups sinister unlawful debt collection conspiracy against us.

All such illegally "extremely confidential" intercepted communications have
been shared between this criminal group to our own determent.  Gotspace is
a (1933 SEC Regulated Company)  where we had all discussed confidential
Gotspace, et al   "attorney / client " and strategic corporate information
with each other is protected by the  fed and state because of this
corporate classification. It has never been more clear, our internal
business and  legal strategies have been unlawfully used against us to
unlawfully prosecute me and harm our company.  The many concerns of
"threats of life, unlawful prosecution of myself, criminal inquires and
potential charges" . coupled with the basic rights and protections
afforded to all of us,  under the 1st, 14th amendments of our rights to
fair and just due process of law and privacy, have unlawfully been
violated, 1000s of times.

The official transcripts of  the June 6th deposition simple assault A & B
and extortion  and the transcripts from the  show cause hearing clearly lay
out that Attorney Kevin Peters and the BPD set out to "Sting" and trap me
unlawfully and bring bogus charges, that the RGSPQ Attorney's would then
use to extort upwards of $100,000,000 in Cash and Property and Release of
Claims against them for unlawful acts.

We all have witnessed the RGPSQ group and all their attorney's conspired to
"paper hang" their false narrative in 8 different courts in two states.
That,  I was a financial embezzler and was lashing out against my "innocent
investors" where I had embezzled their money. The RGSPQ attorneys while the
su was up at Suffolk court, as a group, sought to collect 10m in claims,
where only 6m was advanced. When the sun went down, they committed numerous
unlawful shake downs and demanded upwards of $100,000,000 million, or else
I would be jailed.

The RGPSQ clearly conspired to frame me in a  "simple assault" at the June
6th 2022 deposition of my innocent wife. So that detective Powers and
Peters could  cause  the BPD and SSC and the BMC, to charge me with a
crime, I did not commit.  Kevin Peters was looking to threaten my wife so
much, deny her her rights to an attorney and due process of law (see
trans), I would  look to protect her, at all costs, even to verbally
assault Kevin Peters, (that's what the March 2022 investigation and
incident reports began with). It was all they needed to move on me at the
June 6th deposition to charge me with and we all know, I did not such
thing.

As we all know,  there will be no such verdict that will ever come down on
me ,for there was not assault and battery other than the one that  Peters
perpetrated against my wife and I.


*Exculpatory evidence is evidence that favors a defendant in a criminal
trial and tends to establish the defendant=E2=80=99s innocence. It shows th=

defendant had no criminal intent to commit the crime.*

My Wife and I are the victims and our attackers Peters with orders from the
RGPSQ, working with the BPDDIV #1 as Peter's et al, where acting as thought
they all had immunity from their 8 month prior assaults, extortion, and
conspiracy to collect an unlawful debts, not do or owing. As my wife  was
under the threat of jail and contempt and Peter's assault and battery on
her,  forced her into cardiac arrest as the BPD waited over 40 minutes to
provide her with EMTs to MGH. As over 8 BPD officers and detectives arrived
on scene within 4 minutes of the attack by Peters, as we had just "foiled"
operation "School House" of the RGPSQ. All such Tango Gold Team ops, can be

almost died from this groups "STOP AT NOTHING" attempts to collect debts
and silence their victims of their loan sharking ring.

The RGPSQ motives for pressing forward with the BPDDIV1 "frame job a/b that
never happened"  and their ongoing  bogus criminal extortion of me to pay
upwards of a collective  $100,000,000. Before the trans was released
Peter's was up to a demand of $23,500,000 for the Spitalny's alone and
wanted the deed to the self storage assets with the 23m in equity out of
them. The civil debt collection case is only for the 5m they lent in the
gotspace data !  We have demanded they prove their debt etc etc, every time
we filed a motions so 20 plus, never got heard, or dismissed out of hand at
Suffolk Superior, by way of Clerks Powers, Detective Powers, Masse, et al.

Whereas, certain Judicial Officers & Law Enforcement have been, for the better part of 1 year, maliciously,vexatiously and unlawfully prosecuting us in  “deep faking a Frame Up” A&B of an X-DA, with a history of violent behavior, Kevin Peters. Where he and his racketeering cohorts, have filed over 6 inextricably related vexatious predatory debt collection “cheap suits” against us in the SSC, all of which have been removed to the federal court under our civil rights and protections, where we, not one time, in this ridiculous legal saga, ever revived a non-prejudicial day in the Secret Courts you have authority  over.

As the unclean hands of the few “elitist hacks” , like POWERS , HOGANS,O’NEILS, MCLAUGHLIN’s,BRODRICK’s and all their asst. clerks, dirty cops, have been “pulling the strings of our judicial system” to unlawfully “Frame UP” my good name, attempted  to kill my wife and myself, financially  ruin us, charged me without due processes and now looking to jail me, where the BMC lost jurisdiction yesterday at 8:55am.  As I was to be arraigned for a crime I did not commit,  for an assault & battery  that never took place. The SSC/BMC and Detective Dugal & Mike Powers have been conspiring  with all above and the RGPSQ criminal enterprise from the BPD “botched” operation “School House”  frame up and sting of me, that used my fragile and sickly Wife, as bait, in a failed attempt to provoke some sort of an assault that I would commit against X-DA Kevin Peters, whom has been conspiring to extort 100m from me, and take control of www.gotspacedata.com and our 30b valuation. On June 6th 2022, as my Wife was continually assaulted by Peters, she stoked out and collapsed to the floor. Three minutes after she collapsed 11 different Sgts.,Ltd. Dec. 6 beat BPD officers, EMT, & “gold tango”tactical assets rushed into the 3rd floor of the Gesmer Law Firm.

As it was clear no one bothered to attend to my wife, as she came to near death on the floor, it was in fact a highly sophisticated and tactical “Keystone Krooked Cop” sting operation,  hoping that Kevin Peters would verbally assault my wife so much. I would then look to do what any husband would do to protect her and physically attack him.

The only  person  that attacked, was Peters, as he rushed over to my wife and myself jumped up on me and kicked her, as she lay lifeless on the floor, as there was the BPDs star witness, who almost killed my wife and broke my neck,  as the aggressor. As  he has now clearly admitted, eight different times, on the record, in the “Boston Secret Court BMC” show cause hearing.

The public begs of you to Immediately open up an investigation into our allegation here today against all concerned parties, enter into a “safe harbor” remove the courts bench warrant and let’s do something great for this city, and being the bad guys to justice.

So that detective Powers and Peters could  cause  the BPD and SSC and the BMC, to charge me with a crime, I did not commit.  Kevin Peters was looking to threaten my wife so much, deny her her rights to an attorney and due process of law (see trans), I would  look to protect her, at all costs, even to verbally assault Kevin Peters, (that's what the March 2022 investigation and incident reports began with). It was all they needed to move on me at the June 6th deposition to charge me with and we all know, I did not such thing.  As we all know,  there will be no such verdict that will ever come down on me ,for there was not assault and battery other than the one that  Peters perpetrated against my wife and I.
